• Anchor Agitators

The anchor adapts to the shape of the tank

VTRR anchor (or anchor) mixers are mainly used for the homogenization and mixing of liquids with medium to high viscosity and non-Newtonian liquids. They are designed to operate at low speeds with strong gearboxes enough to transmit the required high torque.

The anchor adapts to the shape of the tank, usually with curved or conical bottoms to sweep all internal surface. In addition, mobile scrapers can be incorporated to prevent adhesions of the product on the inner walls of the tank.

VTRT counter-rotating agitators

The VTRT counter-rotating agitators are similar to the VTRR but with two mobiles usually rotating one in opposite sense to the other, at a few revolutions.

The VTRT counter-rotating agitators are driven by two geared motors with concentric shafts turning in the opposite direction to achieve an efficient homogenization of medium / high viscosity products.
